Growth Consultant and Fractional Commercial / E-Comm Director

Scott Holland Consulting provides strategic growth advice, aligning commercial and marketing activities for UK businesses. Specialised in scaling sales teams and delivering high-revenue digital strategies. 


I have a proven track record of delivering revenue in a high growth environment. Before consulting  I developed a sales team within a Digital Agency from 2 heads, delivering under £1m of new business per annum, to a team of 12 delivering £10m in the final 12-month period. 


I have devised and led strategy, but also engaged clients and prospects face to face, so I can align to your individual business requirements.


These skills, supported by my previous experience of Enterprise IT/Software and Retail, mean I am well positioned to support your business on its growth journey.
