I supported the founders in building the team from 2 people to 10+ within 18 months

Helping them scale from a standing start to significant six-figure annual revenue within the first year.


As Growth Consultant my roles includes


  • Advising on growth strategy across the business - both commercially and operationally.
  • Mentoring the CEO and wider team.
  • Identifying opportunities across target markets, sectors and suitable business size.
  • Creating and implementing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the business.
  • Leading commercial discussions with prospective clients.
  • Identifying key partners, agreeing commercial contracts, and managing these relationships for mutual benefit.
  • Implementation of new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and reporting suite.
  • Identifying improvements in both sales and marketing collateral to better engage the business target audience.
  • Investor management.

Chief Revenue Officer

Operating as an agile start-up within a larger business, Curo provides major capital equipment projects to the NHS.  With significant growth ambitions it is disrupting a space owned by established multinationals 


As Chief Revenue Officer my role includes:


  • Developing the commercial business plan and strategy from initial concept and trials through to broader adoption.
  • Revamping marketing and sales collateral to align with our value proposition and strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Refining corporate and sales messaging for clarity in communicating key benefits.
  • Creating new collateral, website content, proposals, and presentations in accordance with strategic objectives.
  • Preparing comprehensive business cases for internal board review and external partners or stakeholders.
  • Conducting target market segmentation and developing phased prospect lists.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and fostering relationships to promote our solution at international, national, and regional levels.
  • Implementing a CRM system and reporting dashboard for enhanced sales tracking and stakeholder transparency.
  • Bid strategy and response Management.
  • Introducing managed service and leasing models in partnership with financial institutions to improve cashflow and mitigate capital risk.
  • Supporting the development and coaching of internal team members.

E-Commerce Director

WTTB (Where the Trade Buys) is a leading UK print provider, aiming to double its current turnover.  WTTB delivers print solutions to resellers, businesses, and end users, demanding a broad approach to marketing and e-commerce.


As E-Commerce Director, my responsibilities included:


  • Working with internal and external partners to launch a new website on market leading tech stack, Contentful/Commerce Tools, Klaviyo, Zendesk and Stripe/Sage integration.
  • Implementation of new loyalty scheme on Talon One platform and requirements for integration with other systems via Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Managing a domain change from wherethetradebuys.co.uk to WTTB.co.uk 
  • Budget planning (Agency, Media and Internal) and modelling for growth
  • Full review of agency relationships, and selection of new partners (where appropriate) in line with business needs/budget.
  • Ongoing management of the agencies and media platforms
  • Key account management of Platinum tier clients
  • Support the board and management team across all aspects of e-commerce performance and profitability.
  • Tracking E-commerce KPI: Revenue, ROAS, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Lifetime value & incremental growth
